One of the most amazing things about the human brain is how it has the infinite ability to choose new things, why should this be? it is possible to master new concepts. 

Learning a new concept, language or skill may be scary but only taking all of those actions will actually do wonders for the brain. The brain may work harder when it accepts a new concept, just like lifting the weight of our body tone, a new activity is basically an exercise for the brain. Don't be intimidated by trying something new without thinking it first.

Write Something Thing

There is no need to worry about being negative, what affects the brain is an overflow of ideas and this can make it more difficult to think about new things that are already in your brain. One of the best ways to do this is to reach for a piece of paper, notebook or journal, you can vent and let the above scribble. At the end of each day you take a notebook and write down ideas and thoughts and let them all out. It clears the brain so it doesn't accumulate in the mind and makes it easier to forget important details and facts. they always carry all of that with them and in it they write down ideas or draw sketches.Creative people have notes in notebooks and diaries,This is a healthy second creative exercise that means that you don't forget some of the most important ideas of how much memory threatening experiences can be. 

Read a lot

Reading seems to be the answer to many problems in the world. This is because you are exposed to new ideas and concepts that make the memory react from top to end. When reading books we come across things to remember so you will try very hard to keep remembering things. In fact, reading a book will actually help memory. Do you read blogs, magazine articles or books? the thought process by reading will actually help in acting as a mental exercise.

Sports

Exercise promotes brain development called norepinephrine, which has a powerful influence and impact on memory. So when it's working out, the body and brain are working too, that's natural. Exercise helps people relieve stress so that the brain is not under the stress of anxiety and stress. When people finish their exercises they often talk about how well they felt all of this, has an impact on how we retain those memories and makes it possible to forget the little things.

Eat Right

Diet is an important aspect of developing a good memory. Here is a list of foods that can actually improve memory:

Enough sleep

When going to bed, some brain functions can rest so that the brain can regenerate new information that will be absorbed properly. Reduces Multi Tasking

Multi-tasking can eventually lead to forgetting new things. Some people give up on a long list of things to do, eventually making them likely to forget important details. For the sake of memory you learn to do one task at a time and make sure to do each one well without stress.
